Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FAEVEZ Limo website and transportation services. FAEVEZ Limo is operated by FAEVEZ LLC (“FAEVEZ Limo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

FAEVEZ Limo provides professional chauffeur and luxury transportation services in New York City and the surrounding tri-state area, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings and events, hourly chauffeur service, and long-distance travel. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation by FAEVEZ Limo.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting the booking form or contacting us with trip details does not create a confirmed reservation. It is a request only. A booking becomes confirmed only after FAEVEZ Limo reviews and approves the itinerary, vehicle, total fare, and any required deposit, and provides you with a booking reference.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including passenger count, luggage, pickup location, destination, flight details (where applicable), and contact details. FAEVEZ Limo is not responsible for service failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Travel Times & Delays

Estimated travel and arrival times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect timing. We track flights for airport pickups and make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

5. Fares & Additional Charges

The confirmed fare is communicated to you before payment. Additional charges may apply when disclosed and applicable, including for additional waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, cleaning, damage, or changes to the itinerary. Gratuity may be added where applicable.

6. Deposits & Payment

Confirmed bookings may require a booking deposit, which is applied toward the final fare. Deposits and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Premium vehicles, weddings, events, long-distance travel, and custom itineraries may require a different deposit amount, which your booking agent will communicate through a secure Stripe invoice. The remaining balance is due as disclosed at the time of confirmation. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy.

7. Vehicle Substitutions

When reasonably necessary, FAEVEZ Limo may substitute a vehicle. Where possible, we will provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle so your service is not diminished.

8. Passenger Conduct

Illegal, dangerous, or abusive conduct is strictly prohibited. This includes any unlawful activity, behavior that endangers the chauffeur or others, or conduct that damages the vehicle. We reserve the right to end a trip where safety or the law requires it. Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or damage charges resulting from their conduct, when disclosed and applicable.

9. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own property and belongings. FAEVEZ Limo is not responsible for items left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to help return recovered items.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FAEVEZ Limo’s liability arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of our services means you accept the current Terms.
